Beetle Branding Terms & Conditions – DECORATED ITEMS:

Once a copy of your Order is emailed please take the time to check it carefully, any error (yours/ours) must be found & adjusted prior to final approval 
Once we receive your approval to proceed, your items will be supplied according to all the details on the approved order.  If they are not correct, please advise so we can adjust the order.

Selecting the correct size items is the responsibility of the purchaser,
To ensure the sizes you have ordered are the best fit, try on prior your logo being added.

You can request the blank stock be made available to you for a fitting or use the sizes specs for each item.  Please request this prior to approval of your order
We are unable to replace/refund for incorrect sizes selected.

We are unable to offer a refund/replacement on items customised with branding or for purchasers’ incorrect choice of any colour/style/size.

Additions/Adjustments to already approved orders are not possible 48 hours after approval of order is received.  Not available for express orders.

Cancellations to approved orders: All costs incurred by us at the time of cancellation will remain payable by the purchaser.

 In the event that an item is currently “out of stock” we will contact you to advise.

We always strive to deliver orders on time, however, are not liable for any delays outside of our control (stock unavailability/external couriers/customer approvals) that may delay the order from achieving your required date.

Rest assured we will advise you (as early as possible) if your required date may not be achieved.


We offer a replacement for items with a minor manufacturing fault and will refund/replace any item with a major manufacturing fault.  Please follow the Care instructions of each item carefully, to be eligible for manufacturing fault replacement.

Note fabric faults must be advised within the first 2 months of washing/wearing, after this time it is impossible to determine if the fault is due to the fabric)

 

Terms & Conditions – Branded Promotional Items:

Once a copy of your Order is emailed please take the time to check it carefully, Any error (yours/ours) must be found & adjusted at this stage as your items will be supplied according to all the details on the approved order.  

Selecting the correct item is the responsibility of the purchaser, To ensure the item is the best for your promotion we strongly recommend viewing a sample of the item on before logo is added.  
To do this simply advise us you would like the blank stock to view prior to decoration.  Please Note We are unable to replace/refund for incorrect selection.

Please note standard turnaround time for promo items = 21 days.

Terms For Exchanges / Returns

1. Please return all items in their original condition repackaged as received with all swing tags attached.  A $10 + gst repacking fee per item is payable for all items not in packaging with all tags attached.  Items that are marked/have been laundered are not able to be returned.
2. For an exchange of size/s return within 14 days from Invoice date 
3. To return an item/s & receive a credit, return within 7 days from Invoice date NOTE a $20 surcharge is payable.  
4. Returns after this date are not possible.  
5. If you are not returning in person, contact us prior to sending to advise which items you will be returning & the tracking number. Please keep a record of your tracking number as you are liable for these items if they are lost in transit.
